The Air Show
On Saturday our family went to the air show at the base. I have never been to an air show and was begrudgingly going but the whole family wanted to be there. I am so glad I went because it was the coolest thing ever!! The Blue Angels performed and I just can't describe how neat it was! They were incredible!! The pictures we took will not even do it justice. So if you ever get a chance to go see them perform I highly recommend it!! You might want to bring earplugs because it was pretty loud! Kelsie was the only one I could get to really pose for me! But notice Dave's Top Gun pose! I love it!!

I totally remember going to see the Blue Angels when they came ot boise like a million years ago! It was so windy and loud, and I do recall we even got our pic in the newspaper. It was a pic of mom, dad, stacey, darin and I (I think) with a huge blanket over our heads to block the wind (you know dad and his eyes!)
Anyway, just a little flashback that came to my head when I saw this post.
Isn't it the truth, when you really don't want to go to something and then it ends up being fun? I actually don't like when it bites me in the butt like that......glad you had fun though, and the top gun pose is my fav dave!!! :)
um, I just read over this and I'm not sure it even makes any sense, and now I am rambling.....:)
How fun! I wish I would have known that the Blue Angels were going to be over that way. I have been wanting to take the boys to see them! Looks like a great time!
