TENTS!
I know I haven't posted in a while but I have found that when life gets really busy, I don't take as many pictures and I don't take the time to blog. I have been busy going through tents that our stake uses for girl's camp. It was a huge job! There were about 35 tents that are more than 20 years old and needed to be taken apart and evaluated. So I have gone through these tents and checked zippers and poles. I have pieced together tents that can still be used for camp this year. My family helped me so much and I had some of the Young Women help also. But now I am done!!! I am over all the equipment for our stake camp for the 2nd year and hopefully by organizing these tents, my job will be a little easier this year! So, I didn't take pictures so you just can imagine the tents all over my front yard and driveway. Thousands of poles and bags and now I guess I could take a picture of the broken tents that are taking up room in my garage because I don't know whether to throw them away or donate them. So much fun!!!

Sounds like a fun project......so NOT. I would have gone insain after the 2nd tent I had to put together...okay I'll be honest, after the 1st!!!!
You are wonder woman when it comes to things like this, and your ward knows it. That's why you are in charge of this fun calling. Wait, they put you in charge of camp stuff and gospel doctrine teacher, that's not very nice! :)
Miss you my sista!
Wow! I am so glad you had help. What an immense project. I would have gotten frustrated. Kudos to you for dilligence!
I agree, Gospel Doctrine and being in charge of camp equipment is a bit much! But, they see that you can handle it. :)
My advice - Don't save the extra pieces and parts. Toss them and be done with it.
p.s. Have you seen Derek's blog with pics of our newest grandbaby?
